clove garlic minced or crushed 1 Each
salt 2 Teaspoons
pepper 2 Teaspoons
juice of 1 lemon 1 Each
dijon mustard 1 1/2 Tablespoons
melted orange juice concentrate 2 Tablespoons
hot Asian Red Chili sauce-optional 1 Tablespoons
Directions
  1) Mix thoroughly and slowly drizzle in while mixing constantly 3-fourths cup of olive oil. Assemble right before eating
