1) Heat the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2) Add onion and carrots.
3) Season w/ curry powder, turmeric, salt, pepper and red onion flakes.
4) Cook and stir until tender (about 3-5 min.)
5) Add the cauliflower and potatoes to the pan, stir thoroughly to coat the vegetables w/ spices.
6) Reduce heat to medium low, cover, and simmer for 20-25 min. or until the potatoes are tender.
7) Stir occasionally until done.
