Ingredient Qty. Unit
cider vinegar 1/2 Cups
water 1/4 Cups
sugar 1 Tablespoons
clove garlic, crushed 1 Each
pinch salt 1 Each
cucumber, Armenian if possible 1 Each
red pepper, thinly sliced 1/4 Cups
onions, chopped 2 Tablespoons
dill weed, dried 1 Teaspoons
black mustard seed (optional) 1/2 Cups
Directions
  1) Bring to boil: vinegar, water, sugar, and garlic.
  2) Add remaining ingredients. Chill.
