1) Fry onion, garlic, and cumin in small amount of olive oil.
2) Add to rest on ingredients in electric pressure cooker. Mix
3) Cook on High pressure for 32 minutes and natural Pressure Release.
4) Had more liguid than I liked. I just drained some liquid out before serving. Might adjust liquid next time. Finished beans filled almost half of pressure cooker. Made another batch and combined for full container for a big group.
5) Can add 2 tsp salt AFTER cooking if needed
