1) Heat oven 350 degrees
2) Line 13x9 inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Spray foil with cooking spray.
3) microwave chocolate and butter on high for 2 minutes or until butter is melted.
Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
4) Stir in sugar. Blend in eggs and vanilla.
5) Add flour and nuts. mix well.
6) Pour into prepared pan.
7) Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs.
8) Cool completely. Use foil handles to lift brownies from pan before cutting to serve.
