onions, chopped 1/3 Cups
garlic, clove 1 Each
butter or coconut oil 2 Tablespoons
cauliflower 4 Cups
soy sauce 3 Tablespoons
parsley, minced and fresh 2 Tablespoons
pepper 1/8 Teaspoons
egg, slightly beaten 1 Each
Directions
  1) Saute onion, garlic in oil until tender.
  2) Stir in cauliflower, soy sauce, parsley and pepper. Cook on med low for 5 min.
  3) Add egg and cook 3 minutes or until completely set.
