Ingredient Qty. Unit
flax seed meal 2 Cups
baking powder 1 Tablespoons
salt 1 Teaspoons
sugar substitute, to taste 1 1/2 Tablespoons
eggs, beaten 5 Each
water 1/2 Cups
oil 1/3 Cups
Directions
  1) Mix dry ingredients well.
  2) Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix well.
  3) Let batter set 2-3 minutes (to thick, easy to spread stage).
  4) Pour batter onto silicone sheet. Spread to about 1/2" thick.
  5) Bake about 20 min, (350 degrees) until it springs back when you touch top and is visibly browning even more than fax seed already is.
  6) Cool and cut into shapes you want.
