1) Mix all ingredients together. Norma notes it's easier if the cheese has softened out of the fridge first. She also mentioned that she thinks she uses about 1 tsp of dill weed and 1 tsp of garlic salt. (I've only eaten this. I've never made it.)
2) Roll it into a ball and cover it with shredded sharp cheddar or almost slices.
3) Serve with crackers.
