1) For CRUST: Set oven at 325 degrees. Grease square glass pan. Mix first 5 ingredients. This will be a thick cookie crust. Bake 15 min. or until lightly golden brown.
2) For FILLING: Mix last 6 ingredients. Pour over pre-baked crust and bake 15-20 minutes or until set. Let cool
3) STORE in refrigerator or freezer in air tight container.
