1) Mix first 6 ingredients and spread on a cookie sheet.
2) Bake at 375 degrees for 10 mins.
3) Press rows with the end up a wooden spoon about 1 inch apart.
4) Fill rows with raspberry jam (I like to use a baggy and cut a hole in it.) Then bake for another 5-10 mins.
5) Let in cool then drizzle with almond flavored icing.
6) We don't have exact measurements, for the icing but the ingredients are powdered sugar, a little milk, and almond extract.
7) Cut into diamond shapes.
