water 4 Cups
Chicken bouillon 4 Teaspoons
garlic-minced 4 Teaspoons
bunch of cilantro 1/2 Each
can green chilis 1 Each
salt 3/4 Teaspoons
butter 1 Tablespoons
onion 1/2 Each
rice 2 Cups
Directions
  1) Blend cilantro, green chilis and onion together in food processor. Bring water to a boil and add all ingredients, simmer covered 30 minutes.
