1) Score chicken breasts.
2) Combine the TIKKA PASTE ingredients ( lemon, chili, salt, sugar, pepper) and rub on chicken.
3) Combine the marrnade ingredients (yogurt, ginger, garlic coriander, cardamom, cayenne, cumin cinnamon, turmeric, nutmeg). Soak the chicken in the marinade, refrigerated, overnight.
4) Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Add 1 Tblspoon butter and sear chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side.
5) Add the reserved marinade and bring to a simmer. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, or until fully cooked.
6) Stir in the remaining butter and lime juice.
7) Sprinkle with cilantro.
