Ingredient Qty. Unit
Velvetta Cheese 16 Ounces
or one can Hormel no beans chili 1 Ounces
milk 1 Cups
chili powder 2 Teaspoons
paprika 2 Teaspoons
lime juice 1 Tablespoons
ground cheyenne pepper 1/2 Teaspoons
ground cumin 1/2 Teaspoons
Directions
  1) Cut the Velveeta into cubes
  2) Combine the cheese with the remaining ingredients in a medium sauce pan over medium heat
  3) Stir constantly until the cheese melts and all ingredients have been incorporated. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 20 minutes
  4) Serve with Tortilla Chips for dipping
