Directions
1)
Trim any visible fat from chicken.
2)
Mix all ingredients for marinade.
3)
Marinade at least 8 hours or overnight.
4)
Grill chicken at low heat so the marinade does not burn 5-7 minutes per side or until done.

Serve over coconut rice.
