Ingredient Qty. Unit
boneless skinless chicken thighs 3 Pounds
soy sauce 1 Cups
water 1 Cups
brown sugar 1 1/4 Cups
bunch green onions 1/2 Each
minced garlic 1/2 Teaspoons
sesame oil (optional) 1 Teaspoons
13.5 can of coconut milk 1 Each
Directions
  1) Trim any visible fat from chicken.
  2) Mix all ingredients for marinade.
  3) Marinade at least 8 hours or overnight.
  4) Grill chicken at low heat so the marinade does not burn 5-7 minutes per side or until done.
  5) Serve over coconut rice.
