1) combine water, yeast and sugar into a bowl and let sit till puffy.
2) place butter and milk in a saucepan and melt
3) pour into a mixing bowl and whisk the egg and yolk
4) in a separate bowl mix the flour, sugar, and salt.
5) combine all together
6) knead for 10-15 minutes
7) place in a oiled bowl cover in saran wrap till double in size ( usualy 2 hours)
8) cut dough into 8 pieces and make rolls . put in greased and floured pan, cover and let rise till double again. usually 2 hours
9) bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes or golden brown
