jalapeƱos 3 Each
serrano 1 Each
chile de arbol 2 Each
tomatillos 6 Each
salt to taste 1 Each
cilantro to taste 1 Each
cube chicken stock 1 Each
raw white onion 1/4 Each
garlic cloves 2 Each
olive oil 2 Tablespoons
Directions
  1) Boil chilis for 10 min
  2) Boil tomatillos for 6 min
  3) Mix all ingredients and blend till liquid/creamy consistency

Ben  this yields medium heat. for low heat drop the jalapeƱos to 2 and leave out serrano and chile de arbol.
