tomatillos 2 Pounds
poblano pepper (sliced, deseed) 2 Each
bunch cilantro ( trimmed) 1 Each
jalapeno 1/2 Each
water 2/3 Cups
salt 1 Each
large avocado 1 Each
Directions
  1) In saucepan mix first 3 ingredients with 2/3 c water. Cook med heat till cilantro leaves turn broen.
  2) Cool and blend
  3) add avocado and jalapeno.
