Ingredient Qty. Unit
Medium cloves Garlic Sliced 2 Each
Chili Sauce 2 Tablespoons
Red Wine Vinegar 1/4 Cups
Juice of one lemon 1 Each
salt 1 1/2 Teaspoons
pepper 1/2 Teaspoons
Dijon Mustard 1 Tablespoons
Cayenne Pepper 1 Pinches
Olive Oil 1/2 Cups
Directions
  1) Combine all ingredients except olive oil and whisk to combine. When they are smooth, slowly add olive oil while whisking.
Yield Cook Time
1 cup 3 minutes
