oil 3/4 Cups
sugar 2 Cups
eggs 2 Each
zuchinni, shredded 3 Cups
whole wheat flour 2 Cups
wheat germ, handful 1 Each
ground flax, handful 1 Each
cinnamon 1 Teaspoons
baking soda 1 Teaspoons
salt 1 Teaspoons
baking powder 1 Teaspoons
nuts, optional 1 Cups
Directions
  1) Mix ingredients together.
  2) Place batter in 3 to 4 loaf pans.
  3) Bake 350 degrees for about 30 to 40 min.
