shredded lettuce 4 Cups
avocado, mixed w/ 2 Tsp lemon juice 3 Each
greek yogurt mixed w/ 1 pkg low-sodium taco seasoning 1 1/2 Cups
can black beans, drained 1 Each
diced tomatoes 3 Each
cans sliced olives 2 Each
cheese, shredded, low-fat 8 Ounces
celery sticks & corn chips 1 Each
Directions
  1) Layer dip as above starting w/ the lettuce and topping w/ the cheese.
  2) Alternate eating dip with celery sticks and corn chips.
