Ingredient Qty. Unit
semi-sweet chocolate 3 Ounces
water 3 Tablespoons
sugar 3 Tablespoons
eggs separated 3 Each
whipping cream 1 Cups
walnuts (optional) 1/2 Cups
salt 1 Pinches
vanilla 1/4 Teaspoons
Directions
  1) Melt chocolate, sugar, water in a double boiler. When hot, add egg yolks, stirring constantly for 1 minute. Let cool. Whip egg whites and cream in separate bowls. Fold cool chocolate mixture into egg whites. Then add the whipped cream, salt and vanilla. Sprinkle walnuts on top with shaved chocolate. Refrigerate for 12 hours before serving.
