Ingredient Qty. Unit
mustard 2 Teaspoons
red wine vinegar 1/4 Cups
juice of lemon 1 Each
honey 1 Tablespoons
salt & pepper to taste 1 Each
olive oil (Ratio of oil to vinegar in 3:1) 3/4 Cups
Directions
  1) Mix ingredients together.
  2) Blend w/ olive oil.
