egg white-whipped till foamy

butter, melted or olive oil (can leave out)

Directions
1)
Mix with 5 cups Crispy Almonds (see recipe). Spread on cookie sheet and bakeat 270 degrees for 30 minutes.
2)
Then turn down to 200 degrees for another 20 minutes.
