Ingredient Qty. Unit
salt 1 Tablespoons
juice of lime 3 Each
zest of limes 3 Each
egg white-whipped till foamy 1 Each
butter, melted or olive oil (can leave out) 2 Tablespoons
sugar 3 Tablespoons
chili powder 1 Tablespoons
Directions
  1) Mix with 5 cups Crispy Almonds (see recipe). Spread on cookie sheet and bakeat 270 degrees for 30 minutes.
  2) Then turn down to 200 degrees for another 20 minutes.
Yield Cook Time
5 cups 50 minutes
