Ingredient Qty. Unit
almonds 4 Cups
salt 1 Tablespoons
enough water to cover 1 Each
Directions
  1) Stir all in large bowl and let set overnight. At least 7 hours.
  2) Drain well in colander and spread onto a buttered cookie sheet.
  3) Sprinkle with sea salt.
  4) Bake at 150 degrees for 24 hours, depending on how crispy you like them.
  5) Add these almonds to other recipes. ie smoked almonds, wasabi almonds, or chili lime almond recipes.
Yield Cook Time
4 cups 24 minutes
