1) Brown meat, then add rest of ingredients and simmer for 10 min.
2) Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, tortilla chips etc.
3) Optional: I add chopped onions to ground beef and cook before adding the rest. I also only use about 2 T of oil. I also add corn. I also prefer white kidney beans.
