Ingredient Qty. Unit
frozen hash brown potatoes 2 Pounds
melted butter 1/2 Cups
salt 1 Teaspoons
pepper 1/4 Teaspoons
can cream of chicken soup (undiluted) 1 Each
grated cheddar cheese 2 Cups
chopped onion 1/2 Cups
sour cream 2 Cups
crushed corn flakes, mixed with 1/4 cup melted butter 2 Cups
Directions
  1) Mix all ingredients, except corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter.
  2) Press into 9x13 inch glass pan.
  3) Top with corn flake mixture.
  4) Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Yield Cook Time
1 9x13 pan 45 minutes
