Ingredient Qty. Unit
Boneless Pork Ribs 3 Pounds
olive oil 1 Tablespoons
Favorite BBQ Sauce (I like Bullseye or Masterpiece) 2 Cups
Directions
  1) In a pot sear ribs on each side in olive oil.
  2) Boil ribs in a pot of water for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours until cooked/tender.
  3) Shred and add your favorite BBQ sauce. I guessed 2 cups, but I actually don't know. I just add as much as I want. For a big group I usually use 1 to 2 Sam's Club bottles of Masterpiece BBQ sauce. **I also guessed on the 3 lbs. of Boneless Ribs. I just buy whatever I think the group will eat. **I do the same thing with chicken (just boil until cooked, shred, and add sauce). **Freezes well. **You can also speed up the time and use your pressure cooker.

Ben  Huh, for some reason I was expecting it to be so much more difficult than that. Thanks, "campbell!"

Wendy  Mostly so I remember. I cooked the chicken in my pressure cooker full of breasts( maybe 5-7 large costco size breasts?) for 7 min high pressure on let slow release and they were perfect.
