Pecan pieces 1 Each
caramel 1 Each
melting chocolate 1 Each
Directions
  1) Arrange small cluster of chopped pecan pieces on buttered wax paper. With a teaspoon cover each cluster with melted caramel and let set until firm.
  2) Remove from wax paper and dip in chocolate, let set on wax paper until firm.
