1) Melt over hot (not boiling) water, Nestle's bulk caramel amd water.
2) Insert sticks in apples. Dip apples one at a time in caramel, turning until well coated.
3) Place on buttered wax or parchment paper and chill in refrigerator until firm.
4) For thicker coating of caramel on the apples eliminate the 2 teas of water.
