1) Cut off ends of squash and slice into 1/2" rounds.
2) Parboil squash rounds for about 10 min.
3) On cookie sheet, lay out squash and top w/ grated asiago and parmesan cheese.
4) Spray w/ a little olive oil. Put in oven and bake for 20 minutes or until squash is soft.
5) If you want a brown top, put the squash under the broiler until top is browned.
