Ingredient Qty. Unit
lrg. peaches, sliced 3 Each
peaches, mashed 2 Each
sugar 1 Cups
Cornstarch 3 Tablespoons
water 1/2 Cups
almond flavoring 1/2 Teaspoons
butter 2 Tablespoons
Directions
  1) Slice 3 peaches into a cooked pie shell.
  2) Mash 2 more peaches and add sugar, cornstarch and water. Cook 5 min., until it boils.
  3) Add almond flavoring and butter.
  4) Pour over sliced peaches. Chill.
  5) Serve w/ whipped cream.
