1) Cut corn from cob by placing cob in the center of an angel food cake pan and cutting with electric knife.
							
						
							
								  2) Put all above ingredients in a pan with just enough water to keep from sticking.
							
						
							
								  3) Boil about 5 min. or until appear cooked thru.
							
						
							
								  4) Cool, bag and freeze.
