Ingredient Qty. Unit
Quinoa 1/2 Cups
water 1 Cups
Turkey, cubed 1/2 Pounds
small green onions, chopped 3 Each
olive oil 1/3 Cups
fresh lemon juice 1/4 Cups
Curry powder to taste 1 Each
chopped pecans 1/2 Cups
large lettue leaves 4 Each
Directions
  1) Rinse quinoa well, drain. Place quinoa in water in saucepan. Boil, then simmer uncovered for 10 min or until all the water is absorbed. Cool
  2) Combine all ingredients, except lettue leaves.
  3) Refrigerate 1-2 hours.
  4) Spoon mixture into leaves. Serve
