Ingredient Qty. Unit
lukewarm water 1 3/4 Cups
instant yeast 2 1/4 Teaspoons
salt 1 1/2 Teaspoons
Olive oil 2 Tablespoons
bread flour 4 Cups
Directions
  1) Add yeast to warm water. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  2) Add remaining ingredients and mix on low speed in a olived bowl till dough is formed.
  3) Cover bowl and let rise till doubled. Takes 1 1/2-2 hours
  4) Divide into two rounds.
