Pork roast 1 Each
orange juice 1 Cups
limes 4 Each
cloves of garlic 4 Each
chili powder 3 Tablespoons
coriander 1 Teaspoons
cumin 1 Teaspoons
oregano 1/2 Teaspoons
Directions
  1) Cut up pork into 1 inch pieces. Mix with rest of ingredients in dutch oven. Add a little water and bring to boil for 30 min. Remove lid and simmer for 2 hours.
