1) Mix just enough flour so dough is still pretty sticky. (Just starting to pull away from the sides of the bowl/bosch)
2) knead for 5-6 mintues.
3) Put dough in bowl covered in olive oil and let rise about 20 min.
4) Preheat oven 500 degrees for one hour prior to cooking
5) Place crepe pro in oven right when you turn it on.
6) Base recipe: Roll out dough and transfer to a sheet of parchment paper that has been cut and placed on pizza peel.
7) decorate pizza. I like olive oil and kosher salt as the base for most of my pizzas.
8) Transfer from peel to crepe pro and cook about 5 minutes until edges are lightly brown.
