warm water 1 5/8 Cups
yeast 1/4 Teaspoons
flour 3 Cups
salt 1 Teaspoons
Directions
  1) Mix together in a bowl, cover in plastic wrap and let rest for 18-36 hours.
  2) Then dump dough onto floured surface and form into a round loaf or a “boule”. Rest for 15 min, then form again, adding flour as needed and kneading dough gently for a minute or so. Move loaf onto parchment paper to rest.
  3) Rest for 1 hour, and turn on oven for at least 30 min at 425 with your CrepePro in the oven! Bake until golden brown, about 25 min.
  4) Let rest about 15 min before cutting. This bread is best if still warm but not hot (this makes it easier to cut).
