Directions
1)
Combine all ingredients (except rolos) and chill dough for 1 hour.
2)
Preheat oven 375 degrees
3)
Wrap dough around 1 rolo and roll into ball.
4)
Optional: Dip tops of balls into mixture of 1/2 cup walnuts, 1 T sugar.
5)
Bake 5-10 min.

Since I love Peanut Butter cups, I tried the same recipe and replaced the rolo with a PBC. It was good, but not as good as the rolo. I love the melted carmel. I might try it next with a mini snickers just for fun. Or even a peanut better cookie dough with a mini snickers. Sounds yummy!
