Ingredient Qty. Unit
butter 1 Cups
sugar 1 Cups
brown sugar 1 Cups
beaten eggs 2 Each
vanilla 2 Teaspoons
flour 2 1/2 Cups
cocoa powder 3/4 Cups
baking soda 1 Teaspoons
rolos 45 Each
Directions
  1) Combine all ingredients (except rolos) and chill dough for 1 hour.
  2) Preheat oven 375 degrees
  3) Wrap dough around 1 rolo and roll into ball.
  4) Optional: Dip tops of balls into mixture of 1/2 cup walnuts, 1 T sugar.
  5) Bake 5-10 min.

Wendy  Since I love Peanut Butter cups, I tried the same recipe and replaced the rolo with a PBC. It was good, but not as good as the rolo. I love the melted carmel. I might try it next with a mini snickers just for fun. Or even a peanut better cookie dough with a mini snickers. Sounds yummy!
