chopped broccoli 1 Cups
chopped red bell pepper 1/2 Cups
shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 Cups
pressed garlic clove 1 Each
all purpose Dill mix 2 Teaspoons
dried dill weed 1 Teaspoons
salt 1/4 Teaspoons
2 refrigerated cresent rolls 8 Ounces
lightly beated egg white 1 Each
slivered almonds 2 Tablespoons
mayonnaise 2 Cups
Directions
  1) Preheat oven 375 degrees
  2) Chop chicken and broccoli. Add bell pepper and cheese. Press garlic over vegetable mixture.
  3) Add mayonnaise, dill mix (or dill weed) , salt and mix well.
  4) Unroll 1 package of crescent dough. Do not separate. Arrange longest sides of dough across width of 12" x 15" baking sheet. Repeat with remaining package of dough. Roll dough to edges of sheet, sealing perforations.
  5) On longest sides, cut dough into strips 1 1/2 inches apart, 3 inches deep (there will be 6 inches in the center for the filling).
  6) Spread filling evenly over middle of dough. To braid, lift strips of dough across mixture to meet in center, twisting each strip one turn. Continue alternating strips to form a braid. Tuck ends up to form a rim at end of braid.
  7) Brush egg white over dough.
  8) Sprinkle with almonds.
  9) Bake 25-28 minutes or until deep golden brown.
