1) Mix together yeast, warm water and 1 T. sugar and let stand for a few min.
2) Scald milk and when cool add butter, sugar and salt, then eggs, yeast mixture and flour. Mixture will be sticky, Do not knead.
3) Place in refrigerator overnight.
4) Two hours before ready to use, take out of refrigerator and knead well.
5) Roll out on floured board. Spread with soft butter.
6) Roll up like jelly roll. Cut in 1 " pieces.
7) Place in greased muffin tins. Raise 2 hours.
8) Bake in 375-400 degree oven for 10 to 12 min.
