1) Take 1 cup Raw Almond-cover with cool water and soak in fridge overnight. Drain and rinse, then pour almonds into blender.
2) Add remaining ingredients. Blend really well, let almonds settle to bottom, then blend again. Do this a couple of times.
3) Strain through cheesecloth and squeeze milk into container.
4) You can save the pulp for bread, cookies or sprinkle on cereal, yogurt etc.
