Ingredient Qty. Unit
Chicken, diced 2 Cups
sesame oil - or olive 2 Tablespoons
onions, diced 2 Tablespoons
garlic, minced 2 Tablespoons
curry powder 1 1/2 Teaspoons
red pepper flakes, crushed 1 Teaspoons
chicken broth 2 1/2 Cups
stewed tomatoes, cans, chopped 2 Each
peanut butter 3 Tablespoons
salt and pepper 1 Each
Directions
  1) Brown chicken, onions and garlic in oil.
  2) Add curry powder, red pepper, chicken broth, tomatoes, peanut butter, salt & pepper.
  3) Let simmer until tastes blend.
