1) Boil vegetables in chicken broth with salt and pepper, basil and parsely for 10-12 min. or until vegetables are tender.
2) Add cooked hamburger to cooked vegetables.
3) Make white sauce with 1/4 cup flour, 1/4 cup butter and 1 1/2 cups milk.
4) Add white sauce to vegetables.
5) Add 2 cups cheddar cheese and maybe a little Velveeta Cheese.
6) At end, add 1/4 c. sour cream.
