1) Combine flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, and butter into mixing bowl. Mix until crumbly, using electric mixer on low speed.
2) Press into ungreased 13x9x2" pan.
3) Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.
4) Combine pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, salt and spices in a mixing bowl. Beat well. Pour into crust.
5) Bake 350 degrees for 20 min.
6) Combine pecans, brown sugar and 2 TBS. butter. Sprinkle over pumpkin filling.
7) Return to oven and bake 15 to 20 min. or until filling is set.
8) Cool in pan and cup in 2" squares.
9) Top w/ whipped cream.
