Recipe: Cucumber-Onion Salad Printer Friendly

Ingredient Qty. Unit
cucumbers, peeled, scored, sliced 2 Each
onion, peeled & sliced 1 Each
white vinegar 1 Cups
water 1/4 Cups
sugar 4 Tablespoons
salt 1/2 Teaspoons
pepper, dash 1 Each
Directions
  1) Slice cucumbers and onions paper thin
  2) Combine remaining ingredients and mix well with cucumbers and onions.
  3) Refrigerate and stir occasionally.
  4) Keep well at least a week.
