Ingredient Qty. Unit
Chicken breasts, thighs or legs 1 Pounds
apricot jelly, small jar 1 Each
Russian dressing, bottle 1 Each
Lipton onion dry soup mix 1 Each
Directions
  1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2) Mix together the jelly, dressing and soup. Heat on medium for about 5 min. or until it starts to boil. Remove from heat.
  3) Place the chicken in a baking dish. Pour the sauce over the chicken.
  4) Bake 45 min., uncovered. Cover and bake for another 30 min.
  5) Serve over rice.
