1) Put heads of cabbage in boiling water until leaves are soft. Take leaves off and trim off rib.
2) Mix meat, rice, eggs, salt, pepper, grated onion,
3) Place meat mixture into each leaf, roll up and tuck in edges.
4) In oil and flour, brown sauerkraut on bottom of roaster with sugar and ketchup.
5) Line cabbage rolls side by side.
6) Top with remainder of sauerkraut and boiling water to cover cabbage roll.
7) Cook for 3 hours at 300 to 350 degrees.
