ground beef 1 1/2 Pounds
oats, uncooked 3/4 Cups
chopped onions, chopped 1/4 Cups
salt 1 Teaspoons
pepper 1/4 Teaspoons
tomato juice 1 Cups
egg, beaten 1 Each
garlic 1 Each
chopped parsley 1 Each
celery leaves 1 Each
Directions
  1) Combine thoroughly. Shape firmly.
  2) Cook in preheated oven 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or more if doubled recipe.
  3) Cover for 15 min., then uncover.
  4) RECIPE CAN BE DOUBLED.
