Ingredient Qty. Unit
Quick Oats, uncooked 1 Cups
water, boiling 1 1/4 Cups
brown sugar, packed 1/2 Cups
sugar 1/2 Cups
eggs 2 Each
salt 1/2 Teaspoons
butter 1/2 Cups
flour, all-purpose 1 1/4 Cups
baking soda 1 Teaspoons
cinnamon 1 Teaspoons
Directions
  1) Mix oats, boiling water and butter. Let stand for 20 minutes.
  2) Mix the remaining ingredients together.
  3) Add to oatmeal mixture and beat well.
  4) Put in a 13x9x2" pan
  5) Bake 350 degrees for 35 min.
  6) Top w/ and butter cream frosting.
