Recipe: Spinach Salad Printer Friendly

Ingredient Qty. Unit
spinach, fresh bag 1 Each
iceberg lettuce, 1 head 1 Each
swiss cheese, grated small block 1 Each
bacon, cooked & crumbled 6 Each
cottage cheese, rinsed 1/2 Cups
Directions
  1) Mix together above ingredients for salad.
  2) Topping: 1 c. vegetable oil; 1/2 c. white vinegar; 1/2 teas. dry mustard; 1 TBS. poppy seeds; 1 teas. salt; 1/4 c. sugar; 1 TBS. minced onion.
